Oprah Winfrey Looks Stunning in O, The Oprah Magazine’s September Makeover Issue

The 60-year-old TV titan arrived wearing a Manrico cashmere jumpsuit and Vince wedges to shoot O, The Oprah Magazine‘s September makeover issue. “I like pretending I’m a movie star,” Oprah Winfrey admitted.

Makeup artist Derrick Rutledge complemented Oprah Winfrey’s outfit—a black Capezio catsuit—by giving her a smoky eye and glossy lips, while hairstylist Andrew Walker slicked his client’s hair into a chic ponytail. Ruven Afanador photographed Winfrey. “I’m feeling pretty phenomenal on this cover,” she said.Even so, Winfrey still had her doubts. “I was a little apprehensive about doing this cover in a bodysuit because as Maya Angelou says in her ‘Phenomenal Woman,’ ‘I’m not built to suit a fashion model size.’ But it’s like something I’ve never done,” she said of the sultry photo shoot. “It’s really kind of exciting.”
